I need some help.I have been having bad experiences with my manipulative female line manager. Finally my boss is ready to listen to me because quite a few colleagues of mine have witnessed how badly I was treated by her and they wrote something in the suggestion box. My boss asked me to do a written report of what I had experienced. I need to submit it very soon. I would like to ask you what are the guidelines of writing this sort of reports and do I need to give detailed conversations or not?

Don't under any circumstances assume that your boss is 'on your side'. Putting unsubstantiated accusations in writing could be VERY dangerous for you. What ever you write must be completely factual, with written PROOF with times, dates and witnesses. Tread very carefully indeed. Hope this helps.

Whenever you're willing to get out from behind your computer keyboard and make these accusations to my face personally instead of being an internet coward, I'll be glad to discuss things at length with you. I am so sick of the women I work with. All of them have boyfriends and husbands, but they still need attention from all the men. It's the simplicity of communication that I enjoy from working with men; no talking behind your back, bitchiness or manipulation.

The last time a women came into my office and pushed the door shut I got up, opened the door and told her to come and talk to me outside. I made sure that we were out in the open and in front of other people who could see us and hear every word being said. This is a learned thing that comes from bitter experience: NEVER EVER allow a woman to put you in a situation where she can make claims where its just your word against hers with no witnesses. And I mean NEVER EVER!!

I have a female manager, and she plays too many games, and talk shit about her employees. She is also passive aggressive. I had men asshole bosses as well, but they did not play games and they never talked shit about their employees, they were just pricks

Speak it. Never once had a good experience with a woman supervisor either. Too many games, far too many trip-up land mines, do-nothing douche nozzles had the run of the place while hard working people got jacked around. Got a job two years ago in a ten-man tool shop...and it's like you said, I enjoy coming to work. No games, no weirdness - far more gets done in much less time resulting in respectable company profits and workers able to take a breath if they want to.
