Hey look, it's only logical really. If the bible is right, and since it declares that the world is being ruled by principalities and powers (demons), then it would stand to reason that we would see their marks (symbols, monuments, rituals, etc.) in history, and these marks that we see in ancient Babylon and Egypt would continue to be seen even in our modern generations.
