Also, easily, one of the best marching songs ever made. As for rommel himself, I have a lot of respect for him. Few people will risk their lives for what they believe in and believe to be moral, even if it goes against their government. Even fewer will make it habit. Very few are willing to pay in blood for their beliefs.

this is probably true...but i only disagree about ussr... if germans had conquer the british (and assume that usa would not attack germans) then germans could reorganize and AFTER winter could brake ussr with a mighty blow. quickly and clean. cause the truth is that ussr didnt had an army capable to win germans...not even close...so the truth is that the only thing germans had to do, was maintain the peace with usa and choose the right moment to brake ussr
