Regarding Rajakars - Mujib pardoned them to get Pakistans support in 74 which was a wrong decision. However, playing with Rajakar Rajakr game is also incorrect . AL was in power in 71-75, 96-2001 why did they not go for it. Even after the 08 victory Hasina said " jongon bichaer korey diyece amra bichar korara agei" . So, it should be sincerely addressed not just a slogan prior to election. AL wants to keep it alive bcos they get attn pior to elections. It is hypocritical for a party like AL !

2001 Prosno Bidho ?? This is a Unfair comment. None of the electiions 91,96,01.08 are prosno bidho . Prof Roy's bias towards AL is understandable but it should not deter him analyzing facts neutraly!! Jonogon is always shocheton. 91, 01 was not bcos BNP is "Islam premic" rather they seemed more reliable and trustworthy compared to AL. 96, 08 AL won not bcos they are secular rather they had better manifesto and people were pissed off at BNP governence. SO pls stop giving religious colors!!
