  • OMG STEVE IRWIN !

  • Give me a pizza!

  • why does he sound like he barely graduated elementary school?

  • Sorry to point out you have a error on your take away by the days modern standards of coaching. On the "take back" your racket should never stop moving and not swing back then stop before coming forward. What you should look at is lifting the racket up and back in a semi circular motion (like your student) rather than the scoop action you have. Sorry coach but this adjustment will help with timing and momentum

  • Great tips !

  • thanks john daly

  • hmmm.. you're right... looks like Sampras forehand.... interesting

  • but he has a point there with his mechanics, i saw some video which also negotiated mechanics and there were some similar conclusions there

  • If you focus on this, you might lose your timing. Get your timing right (takeback ON TIME), and then think about the "sources of power." The thing is, most people don't achieve the takeback on time in their lifetime.
