Words cannot express how much I love Mia Kirshner!!! Miss Jenny Shecter is funny, witty, sassy, damaged, bratty, beautiful, cute and sooooooo much more! It saddens me that "THE POWERS THAT BE" have decided that killing Jenny is a f**king brilliant way to end the series. WTF?!? I am going to cry and mourn the loss of not only THE L WORD, but the death of my favorite character. =(

@iamcasihart I think the same! TLW was much more dramatic in the first 3 seasons. I loved Sharmen, but then as the series progressed I began to like Tibette more :-) Dana and Alice were an awesome couple too because they were really funny and sweet! I cried when Dana died! haha! :'-) I liked most couples on TLW, but i was never too keen on Jody and Bette, probably because how much I love Tina and Bette together :-)

@1202noz1202 I laughed a lot during S4 & S5, but as much fun as they were, I'll always favor the realness & depth of the first 3 seasons. After S3, TLW became "that fun lesbian show" rather than "that dramatic lesbian show." The early seasons were character driven, (I prefer). Later seasons were plot driven, (like a soap opera). Favorite couples? I LOVED Jenny/Marina, Alice/Dana, Alice/Tasha, Helena/Dylan. Can't deny, Sharmen had heat & Tibette were soul mates. Who were your fav. couples? ;-)

@1202noz1202 Until 4 yrs ago, I dated men. In S1, Jenny was a small-town girl w/ big dreams & her safe, steady Tim. She moved to LA & found herself intrigued by this new world. I grew up in a small town & I moved to LA w/ my boring, safe ex-BF. Like Jenny, I am artistic w/ big dreams. Like Jenny w/ Marina, I fell hard for a woman that ripped my heart out. Literally, I came out as I watched Jenny. I can also relate to some of Jenny's feelings & behavior from S2. Not naive, but complicated. cont.

@iamcasihart The way that her character adapted throughout the series was incredible! She died a completely different person. In Seasons 1/2 and possibly 3 she was very naive... unlike in Seasons 5 and 6, where i found her much funnier. I found Alice really funny too, but she wasn't a patch on Jenny. And wow! You're really lucky to have met her. One day i would love to meet them all.. :-) Who were your favourite couple?

@1202noz1202 Aww...That is sweet of you to write! I think that we Mia/Jenny fans are a special bunch. For those of us that really "get" the character of Jenny, it strikes a chord straight to our hearts. During the first 3 seasons, I see SO much of myself in her character. Jenny made me laugh, cry, feel passion & heartbreak..and everything in between. I love her dearly. I feel very blessed to have met Mia 2 yrs ago @ her 1st "I Live Here" benefit. What a doll! Mia/Jenny haters can suck it!
