yes you put some water in the inside of wheel bye peeling back the tire in one spot, and pouring some in, them put in toaster or reg oven for 350F and wait 10
the water should steam threw the bead, and that is the best way for it to be removed
take out of oven, and peel soon! but do it with gloves
