  • great video and i got it to work with a sphere but is there any way to do this with a multi-piece object? what i mean by that is that i created a pontoon type boat and grouped everything together (i also tryed to do it by simply linking everything to eachother and also my making it one editable poly), and added the rigid body collections to it and went to its property it wouldnt let me apply/change mass

    I no longer 3ds max, but i can help you. What's your problem? Tell me the buttons that are missing on your 3ds, and also PM me with your 3ds version

  • @briank2605 yes, that would work. i once made a simulation EXACTLY how u described, but i dont know how to fix that problem

  • @Edviuzzz Customize->Show UI and click Show Floating Toolbars (Once you click, several toolbars will appear and you will find the reactor toolbar too if is that you are missing)

  • can i make a throwing ball into the water?
