Everyone should sow their wild oats before getting married. I wouldn't even think about getting married until your late 20's.

-Date two years before getting married.

-Be done with school before getting married and working. Money helps in marriage.

-Get a prenup

-Get to know your spouse family and friends before you get married.

-Avoid people that are abusive, do drugs and have a bad attitude.

-Don't co-sign a car or credit card with a spouse.

lol, I feel that way too, I want to get married once. To much drama to divorce. That, and my parents showed a good example. They were high school sweethearts and have been married for the last 26 years. Im an only child so marriage is important to me in that aspect. I can't afford children right now either. I loving working with children but can't afford 'em yet. Right now, I barely can afford myself! I dont want to drag an innocent child into that situation.

I'm glad that there are people in the world that want to think romance and parenthood through, and I'm glad that there are people that are willing to stand up to unfair pressures, such as societal pressures. People need to realize that these pressures are not acceptable, and that the goals of the pressures can potentially suck complete ass, even if things are expected to be good.

If I had stupid pressures shoved onto me, I'd go out swinging. Fuck people's bad and biased expectations/beliefs.

And the same thing goes for sex...if someone loves a virgin that's not ready for it, that doesn't mean they don't love you back. So people, quit saying things like "If you love me, you'll have sex with me" because that's a selfish thing to say. In situations like this, it's good to wait till you both can agree to make the same decision without regretting it later on. (whether it's having sex, having kids, or getting married)

marriage has no values today as they did back in the day....i would say get the samples first before you purchase the product male/female...live together is the best way to see if that is what you want. i got married young we still together and we love each other but it has been hell but, now that we are older we appreciate marriage more.
