Its because it takes place only on the 8 of every hour. lets say 10:08 10:28 10:38 10:48 10:58.

The song is "Cast Your Fate To The Wind" by David Benoit. Man your IS is terrible, maybe you should get help from somebody. I think Intelliguy has a way of notifying TWC through a message board that can fix your IS problem, ask him!

I have a smaller Cable Company in So Cal. We where one of the last areas to upgrade to Star. We had the old purple screen for the longest time.

Charter Communications :(. There is talk of Time Warner picking up this area next year since they want to conqure all of LA county.
