  • Nice job Kev...you need to learn how to use Windows Movie Maker or something bro to edit the end of your vid's...ha, ha...it always seems hilarious to me when you say "Levrone out"...and pose...then...stop posing and run to shut the camera off.

    Totally different muscle fibers. Some guys can bench 225 for 20 reps but have problems benching 315 more then a couple reps.

  • By the way...not that I am trying to be a "Mr. Know-it-all" or anything, but I am just trying to help you succeed. I think you would do better going back to your strive-for-405 training to increase your strength on the bench. If you build back up to repping 3 plates for 10, then 2 plates for 30 will be a cake walk.

    I have hit 2 plates for 30 multiple times over the last year or so and you were out benching me pretty easy. I don't know why you are messing with what you know works...

  • Hey Kevin, great vids as always. You should include some conventional 30 rep sets( or even 40 reps) even if just occasionally , or you're going to get prematurely gassed when you test yourself.
