Hey, thanks for this series.
Question, when you are starting in this vid, I know you are going quickly for demonstration purposes. However, is there a set number of areas, up through the torso, you are supposed to open up with "clicks" to start the process?
Perhaps this varies with the needs of each individual. Looks like you did 5 on each side, 5 up the spine...is that the correct number? Just wondering-sometime these little details might be important!

It is all about what is happening in front of you at that time. So everything is case by case. Good eye for detail though. LOL
