  • I have done these for past 4 months at least once a week and have noticed the carryover to squats (coming out of the hole) is much more forceful and stable. + ripping the bar off the ground is easier when doing deadlifts, great lift

  • Yeah, these are a little different. I tried these to improve my hip and glute power. We'll see if they work.
