Most masons are good people. They just don't know what it is they're involved in. Most don't go beyond the first 3 degrees, referred to as the blue degrees. If they knew they were ultimately being controlled by the Banking interests and Monarchy, I doubt most would join! Swearing allegiance to the Brotherhood before all else, does not fare well for Democracy, the Judiciary system, or the genuine needs of the people. It does however fare very well for the puppeteers influencing from above!

Actually the freemasons are supposed represent the mystery teachings that has inspired and has been the foundation for all the worlds great religions. But too often it has been portrayed as a good old boys guild and conglomerate for control and profit.A portrayal which i am inclined to believe at the present time.I have read however that in the future it will be reformed and return to it's true function i.e revelaing the mystery of creation.

@pobody69 Exactly you are right. I wish to learn many things about this fraternity that is so rich in culture and history. I presume that you are a mason , I don't mean to be rude by being too inquisitive but do you know anything about freemasonry in Galway or how to become a mason because I would really like to become apart of it.
