@theluluian no es por nada, pero la original es esta y no la americana...

esta version de queer as folk es muy fea y antioriginal; la verdad me gusta la version original americana

Well in both the US and Brit version, these men just don't seem to wear underwear. what's up with that? Aren't they afraid to get their dicks snagged in thier zippers?

I think the american version is much much better than this. I like british than the americans but this is just not good. when I started the american version it was addicting me. this isn't .
I love british.

Nathan is bit too tall for him....lol

There is no difference between U.S. or U.K. versions. Both accurately portray how campy, narcissistic, hedonistic, depressing and shallow the gay scene is for the most part: bar and club hopping and fucking everything in sight. That poor high school kid. LOL

poor nathan :(

@ericnfan It's not supposed to be Debbie and Vic. Debbie and Vic are adaptations of the ones in this show.

@whirlgirl360 I agree can't believe that is supposed to be debbie and vic. to me what made michael's mom in the us version so great was because she was older and seemed to have really lived and was quite feisty. nathans mom just looks like an older sister rather than his mom.

I wish you all would just enjoy this show for what it is- a great portrait of gay life in Manchester. If you haven't been there, one of the gay areas is on the river and the bars are all friendly and the broad walk along the river is magic.
And the actors are English, not American.
I am amazed at what the US (Toronto) producers did with the show. It changed and took on issues never discussed on US (cable) TV. I love the differences. Vive la difference!
