You're absolutely correct. It was NOT the original cover. That's first and
foremost how I remember it (I thought there was some green on it).
It was the biggest shock of my life with THIS album and I consider it
THE definitive bootleg moment of Trojan's entire existence, especially
since I don't remember them EVER licensing music from EMI. (Perhaps
they licensed direct from Jimmy Cliff). Either way, congratulations, Max.

Question about your vinyl (just out of curiosity) --
Is it the American pressing (Reprise) or any of the EMI pressings
from either the UK, Jamaica, Barbados or Holland?

Let me say, first off, that I am honored to be in the company of someone
who shares the same rightful sentiment of this timeless LP.
But if I had known you were intending to get your hands on the CD,
\I would have told you a long time ago that you were going to hit MASSIVE
roadblocks on this one considering that Trojan Records (of all people)
pressed an EXTREMELY LIMITED amount of CD copies when they
reissued the album in 1990. You'll find the vinyl WAY faster.
