This is basically a JLU body with JLU lantern. Its the Holiday Hal figure they were forbidden to ever make again as per DC order. Mod this, and you have a JLU masked Hal Jordan. Notice how the chest, arms, and legs, plus logo are all JLU sculpts reused.

The Justice League was one of the few things I thought The Batman did well, unfortunately I watch it for the villains. And they didn't do enough with the Justice Leaue to make up for the rest of the series.
