May I ask as to how you got this car? Was it through challenges, A series/B series or through the used car dealership?

@wafflemonster2 This car does NOT appear to be a "reward" for any of the events in the game. The used dealership is were I found it.......... It is a level 20 car, and cost about 730,000 credits when it shows up.
