if this song is for kurt, it's one of the prettiest tributes i've heard. whateve the case, i think this is one of their best songs...gives me chills.

i think this song might be about cobain. "washing machine" came out immediately after his death, and sonic youth have said that a few songs on the record were about their friend.

Then that's good. Thats why this song is great, you can conclude anything, except for the middle, because thats where all the chaos presides. BUt still, it helps listening.
