After a couple of poor ,injury stricken seasons, Bekele turns on the magic once again to record the fastest 10K of 2011 (26.43.16),pushed all the way home by Rotich in a marvellous PB (26.43..98) and US runner Rupp,who finally gets to beat Solinsky's American record with a fine run of 26.48.0.Helluva great race right at the very end of the season at the always impressive Ivo Van Damme Memorial.

I knew Kenenisa won this race but my heart still quickened in the last lap. His kick is brilliant and devastating. Kenenisa is the greatest long distance runner, ever, and still keeping Ethiopia proud over and over again. A thousand thanks for posting this.
