nice to see you train the real way. the real way to be small and weak, just as you are. when you learn basic barbell training with heavy weights, not to failure, progressively increasing weights and training more frequently than stupid hit method you will start to make gains.

@hollayo666 UH why so much hate when you evend didn't understand what i want to do O.o?! have you tried this kind of training?-> and usually i do dropsets or pyramids when im at the gym.. i do this "hit" thing only like once in 2 months because its heavily exhausting..

nice work, but don't just drop it at the end. lower it as slow as you can - you still have eccentric strength
