As part of a new "Retro Gaming" video series, I am continuing it with "Alice", a great game from EA that was a lot of fun to play.
After watching the most recent movie remake of the story, I decided to go back and play the game again, so I installed it on my "Retro Gaming PC" as well as my main gaming system and give it a go and it was still as enjoyable as it was back when it first came out.
This video is the opening and a small part of the initial gameplay to give you an idea of how it looks and plays. It's was recorded using Fraps and rendered in 720P with Ulead VideoStudio. None of the other Alice videos on YouTube were of sufficient quality to do it justice. So I wanted to make sure my video was as close to "HD" as possible considering the game resolution.
Now if I can only find the original trailer in a high quality format, sadly, I am not having much luck in that task. They are all of a very low quality. If I happen to find the video in HQ anywhere I will be sure to add it.
So, go out and find a copy of Alice! It's well worth the game time!

Everything is better and more polished. But its like going from DVD to Blueray. Ya, Blueray does look better, but not by a considerable amount to blow your mind, and the core of everything is exactly the same.
