I agree to a certain extent but it's not a question of 'can't pass' more 'won't pass'. Redknapp clearly didn't see him as a team player for all his obvious talent and wouldn't want to sacrifice team cohesion for the sake of a bit of trickery. Maybe being at QPR will have taught him the value of team play.

He's improved so much since then but still keeps the ball in expectation of being able to beat anyone. He's currently not starting for QPR as we're using him as an impact sub on 70 minutes. Got jeered on Saturday for not putting Akos Buzsaky in for his hat-trick! Worth the admision fee alone though.
