Yeah, you really need to read your policy or speak with your agent and have them explain it to you. Next time change to no excess no reimbursement medical payments so you don't need to submit it to your PHC. Add collision regardless of the age of your car and get collision deductible waiver. As for inspecting your vehicle, it's because we attempt to get as much information for our file as possible. Duh.

There is no rip off here at all. If you don't have collision coverage, you can't be paid for your vehicle's damage. Pretty simple. Your med pay covers any reasonable medical expenses that is not covered by your primary health insurance provider. You probably have an uninsured motorist bodily injury claim for pain and suffering.

If you have an insurance policy you don't understand, please don't blame the company. Nobody has ripped you off.
