Buckets of Babes

Dane Casey & Nick Pickrell's "Buckets of Babes" music video. We wrote this song because of the unusually high concentration of cute girls we kept running into at the grocery store. We got permission to film in one, so why not?

We filmed from 8pm to 2am while the store (open 24hrs) still had people walking by wondering what in the world we were doing. The craziest shots had to have been all the girls carrying the guys "crowd-surfing" style through the frozen food section. People were trying to get icecream in-between takes. It was a great time.

Filmed with a Sony FX1, edited with Final Cut Studio and a small bit of Color for blurred vignettes, the video was done for free with a budget of $0, unless you count the 99 cent fan we bought for Nick to hold in a shot.
Thanks to all the volunteers that came out and had a blast.
