@bulrydrdan Yeah, by 96 I was already a basic FE on C-5's in the 22nd (the jackass squadron). You can read about me kicking all of their asses by googling the words Allah Damn it .

@IdolHans So were assign to the 60th OMS when you got to Travis? I got there in 96 and was assing to the ISO docks.

@bulrydrdan yeah, back in 1982 when I was getting ready to leave the old 315th OMS (C141) Chief Zimmerman (RIP) asked me, "so Giddens, where are you going to?"----"I said, Travis, Chief"-----Zimmerman's desk chair went flying backwards and exploded on the wall behind him. He bellowed: "Travis, any Goddamn place but Travis!"! My next door neighbor was a country music fan and he used to sing "I turned 21 at Travis, Momma tried , momma tried".....LOL!
