We've all been at that point in our lives when we feel like giving up. We're a "broken mess" and we have seemingly nowhere to run, no one to turn to for help. This song by RED meant so much to me at a point in my life two years ago.
After reading through Romans again and seeing the themes of redemption and restoration in RED's songs, I wanted to make a video that would captivate that sense of loneliness and helplessness that we have all felt. But in spite of our shortcomings and sin, there is hope. God has made a way for salvation and we don't have to face the condemnation we deserve for sinning against Him. That hope is in Christ Jesus who conquered sin and death to free us from the bondage of sin.
I'd strongly encourage you to read through Romans 7-8 after watching this video and then feel free to respond.
