Brendon sings the high part because he has a large range vocally, Ryan sings the low part because his voice can only go so high. Either way the song sounds amazing. I -3 Panic!!!!!!! xD

No seriouslu people, it's brendon that sings that higher note... I used to think it was Ryan, but then when I listened even closer, I realized that Ryan sings the same thing every time. I'm in choir, so I'm used to hearing how chords sound in singing... Really, Brendon jumps around to the high note and goes back down. He doesn't have vibrato because it's either at the top of the range or he's using falsetto.
