A while ago i uploaded my California Avenue Series of houses, i got so many kind comments and over 20k combined views on the two videos, i was so gutted i lost them and i always promised to remake them! Well i never got around to it, but now, with The Sims 3 now here i thought i would re create them with The Sims 3! :D So this is the first of the 3 houses, i still need to furnish this and i am yet to build the other 2 homes, i will continue to post previews for you guys here and then will post my finale video with the release in a few weeks time! :)

why don't put the house on the sims exchange that would make it much easier to download and install.

Because i don't like the exchange, i use MTS and TSS, simple as that, people steal on the exchange, the display pictures are terrible and it doesn't give you all the information you need, people also cannot leave comments and feedback, so i use MTS and TSS because they are so much better
