  • @BobTheBuilder378 Dangerous, retarded, and frightening? I have had no back pain since I began deadlifting regularly. Prior to starting, I had back aches from jogging, lifting light boxes, and doing outdoors work. My posture has also improved drastically. It's a great exercise for strengthening your entire back and core. Just study the form initially and don't let your ego convince you to pile on the weight too soon.

  • @Vincenzo51985 Yep. Best exercise there is. But most people who perform it have no clue what they are doing and the doctors that tell us not to do them are even worse.
