Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Maps cover

Me covering "Maps" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs on my Taylor acoustic.

For all the guitarists out there...
Note that I'm tuned half a step down.

The verse lick varies between verses 1 and 2 and is a bit of tricky. Basically, you're always hitting the B string, eighth fret, and using your pinkie and index finger to hit the other various notes on the high E string.

Here are those other notes (by fret) that you play on the high E:

Verse 1:
7 0(open) 7 10
7 12 10

Verse 2:
7 0(open) 7 10
7 0(open) 12 10

Chorus:
C-G-Em-G
C-G-D-G

Hope this helps. Just watch my fingers or check out the AOL Sessions version with Karen and Nick doing it acoustically--that's where I got most of the arrangement from. Just have fun with it. Cheers.
