Try unrolling faster, it'll give you more power.
Make sure your toe stays in fornt of your leg.
When you do the 180, use your BODY to turn yourself (not your arms) and keep your hips and shoulders in line- you're twisting into yourself.

I would imagine it took you all a lot of practice before you were ready to become medalists.

Omg. This is not Synchronized swimming? And no I don't think you've seen a good toe point. Because thats NOT it... And this figure is suppost to be out to your butt!!

I've got a question... How is a barracuda different from a boost or thrust?
Umm I'm pretty sure this figure is called Berracuda twist or turn 180 and Heron is slighty diffrent.
