  • @catastrophe250 ....its the music played by Windows XP when you either, first set up the computer, or when you use the recovery feature. I also like it, even though I'm currently using Windows 7.

  • @KoolitPnoi Wow you should do some research.Foods like brown rice and whole wheat are great sources of complex carbs. Carbohydrates are your body's primary source of energy, you don't carbs you will NOT grow The carbs that you suggest make you fat are simple carbs (white rice, white bread etc.). The difference between the two is that complex carbs digest slower than simple ones, giving you a slow constant release of energy and pretty much keeps you full longer. NOT USING THAT ENERGY= FATASS ;p
