It's supposed to play with the old theme to give it a crazy, hardcore version of it, since, you know, you are riding a chocobo that is out of control, an indeed "crazy chocobo". If you can't take this theme as a joke, then please stop complaining :\ I think it's hilarious - and THAT is the purpose of it. I understand if you're not able to accept it as a joke, most of the fanbase are unable to.

Laughed so much when i first jumped on one of these chocobos and heard the song. Then i read the tip -These chocobo's constantly consume Gyshal Greens-. "Well then" I said to myself, "I guess I'll be spending a LOT on Gyshal greens in this game then!"

@ninetailedfox579121 Maybe that's why,the one I got was from Oerba...it hit me,it's a silver chocobo,you get it from Acedemia via mog throw in the hologram of new Cocoon. I remeber getting it too,it was really random,the same with Gold chocobo.
