Wow. Two false dichotomies in one scene.

Maybe it is a good thing George Lucas won't be making anymore Star Wars movies.

I have a question to you, guys. I don't think I fully understood meaning of "only a sith deals in absolutes". Does it mean that only a Sith admit just 2 possibilities? Could you paraphrase it for me? How do you interpret it? Thank you!

No, no no. The False Dilemma are the "If you're not with me, then you are my enemy" and "*Only* a Sith deals in absolutes". The keyword there is "only".

So obi is saying if you deal in absolutes your a sith and evil..and that in itself is also an absolute? so hes contradicting himself? what do you mean jedis deal in absolutes? So is this a false dilemma?or a dichotomie?

This actually has nothing to do with absolutes (though Obi is being a hypocrite here, since EVERYTHING the Jedis do is an absolute), but there's the false dichotomy that if Obi-Wan is not siding with Anakin, then he is automatically his enemy (like Bush's speech); and Obi-Wan's assertion that only Siths deal in absolutes.
