Why is it in Hollywood films the English guy or girl always has this same false accent. Nobody talks like that here in England.

I'm no expert on accents, but Jeremy Northam was born in Cambridge, raised in Bristol and lives in London.

@MrJuno6 That's how I speak. Jeremy has the same accent as I do and I've lived in England all my life, as he has. I don't know which part of England you live in, but that IS how people 'here in England' speak.
