I love the Boom, by Cindy Joseph so far. My hair is long. half gray and half blonde. Getting alot of the blonde cut off tomorrow, Getting my hair with long layers. Enjoyed the other videos she has had on sat. Keep it up lady!!! I'll be back. I am 59.

believe it or not the old standard VO5 is perfect for gray hair. I have very fine hair that gets weighted easily. I only shampoo 2x's a week but condition in between . I air dry my hair and I am amazed at how manageable and shiny my hair is. Also I use a cold water and vinegar rinse ( 1 tsp cider vinegar to 1 quart water) a couple times a week and that works also. The main thing is to use as little heat on your hair as possible that means no blow drying or curling irons. Good luck!

This was really such a great pep talk for any one thinking of liberating themselves from hair color enslavement. I have been coloring my hair since I was a teenager.. I am now 51. I have been thinking a LOT about taking control and choosing to rock the gray before it rocked me . I agree with Cindy, its up to us to set an example for our younger friends and family members by showing them how well we can live at every age. I will recommend this to everyone, Thank you Cindy!

Are we there yet?! I have made the decision to stop coloring and now can't wait for it to "BE THERE!". I HAD lovely salt and pepper until I let my best friend persuade me it was too old looking. WRONG! Now I can't wait for it to grow in. Even MORE silver and MORE shiny and MORE fabulous! Thanks Cindy. You inspire!

I stopped colouring for a year but gave up and highlighted as the grey is so coarse and just stuck up. Now I regret the highlights so starting over again. If anyone can recommend products to take the wiry little suckers, please let me know them.
