good workout! i wish i had someone to assist me in a HIT session like this. the first exercise is bicep curl but hes being assisted to complete a rep then he concentrating on the negative. the second exercise is a pullup but his hands are more nuteral but they would be better being completely supinated as he would work the bicep more efficently. hes doing a 1minute negative on the pullup wich helps to build strength but mainly works his muscles to complete failure after the positive and static

This has nothing to do with biceps curl, its a triceps exercise he does first and the next exercise isnt even a chin up, his arms are positioned wrong to be a chin up.

its nice seeing that HIT is spreading around. after a training like that one can rest biceps for 7 ..9 days and get amazing results.
