  • good workout! i wish i had someone to assist me in a HIT session like this. the first exercise is bicep curl but hes being assisted to complete a rep then he concentrating on the negative. the second exercise is a pullup but his hands are more nuteral but they would be better being completely supinated as he would work the bicep more efficently. hes doing a 1minute negative on the pullup wich helps to build strength but mainly works his muscles to complete failure after the positive and static

  • its nice seeing that HIT is spreading around. after a training like that one can rest biceps for 7 ..9 days and get amazing results.

  • who's the stud working out?
