fraps records at 30 fps unless u change it

Yes but it doesn't mean you will get 30fps. It works in a strange way. Think of the lag you get when extracting a big file.

I have a question. I have a 4000+ AMD Athlon 64 processor (with 2.6GHz), with 768mb RAM, 160GB Harddrive, and I believe my graphics card is a Ati Radeon x1250. I was wondering if a Geforce 8800 could fit in my pc if I took out my old graphics card? Or if I got like 1 or 2 more GB ram could I run crysis like lowest settings now lag? Sorry I just need to kno thanks.

Check what graphics slot your motherboard has. An 8800 requires PCI-E 16x. Old graphics cards have AGP but some can be in both. Check either your motherboard box or look it up on a website.
