Yeah, in general a video tends to get a vote for each 10 views at most, when the percentage of votes is way higher than that its quite likely a votebot has hit.
Its quite sad that ppl actually resort to such means, its cheap and dishonest imo.

Yea it was votebotted. There was about 210 views when it got hit, with only about 20 ratings. If you want proof that the low ratings are votebots, take a quick glance at my "power rangers theme" and "super mario bro's theme" videos, in my "Rock Band and Guitar Hero" playlist.
A few of them where hit and most have more ratings than they have views.

Actually sorry, it seems they've gotten more views since I last checked. The current one though for evidence is - "Blue Sky" by The Allman Brothers (99% Gold Starred) watch?v=PMP1f1Dq7Nk

122 ratings Another thing to note is that not everyone who views a video rates it. My Metalocalypse video that I got up last night has about 100 views, but only about 15 ratings.
