PK has everything, and this year is going to be amazing after they did a ton or work on the hill over the summer. New runs, and earlier opening.

just another average day is right, they should have taken video of some real pow days. Powder King is the beez neez. Love it, Live it, cant wait for the snow to start falling again.

PK has a small terrainpark , a lot of tree skiing and some challenging trails out of bounds past the old Azu ski lift. Called the elevator shaft. You may also want to try Hudson bay mtn in Smithers

Hi !
I will live in Prince George for a year and I don't know which ski hill is the best. Has PK some challenging trails or pillow lines and is there a terrainpark?
Where else is it good to ski for a freeride and freestyle skier?

was just their in the back country and their was atleast 4' of powder as you couldn't take a step and touch hardpack

i live in prince george and i am new at snowboarding, do you NEED a powder board to go good or will i be okay with my freestyle board?

A 164 board would be great! the deeper the powder the longer the board is a general rule! Especially when the pitch can be a little light...

I was there this weekend for the first time. Powder King is AMAZING!! Ps..if you havent gone there, dont. Lets keep it the perfect little secret it is. Between my friends and I, none of us see a point to going to any other resorts from now on. Even if its a 10 hour drive for us, ITS STILL WORTH IT!
