At California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's third climate summit, Dr. Jane Goodall joined the audience via a brief video message. In her address, Dr. Goodall commended the Governors' Climate and Forests Taskforce for its work to slow climate change by protecting tropical forests. She wrote a nice book about Chimpanzees which I read many years ago. Too bad she isn't independent enough to think for herself these days.

Any thinking person KNOWS that "Global Warming" "Climate Change" "Climate Disruption:" or whatever their going call it next just isn't so. It's propaganda and everyone knows it. The numbers don't add up. The bears aren't going extinct, sea level continues as always, melting glaciers are a good thing so is warmer weather and CO2 enhanced agriculture.

"For not only will [skeptics] children and grand children pay the price" blah blah. What about the price of the rubbish economic and fiscal management of California? Surely my grandchildren have already been saddled with the debt, the high taxes to repay the debt, the loss of jobs to more enligtened states? (except thankfully I don't live in Caifornia, so not my problem!)
