  • The word for banks that take stupid risks is bankrupt. When did nationalising ever solve anything?

  • SVT is being implemented in Ireland. Also, nice to see that full land values will be implemented in 2012. This is great news, as this is at national level in an EU country.

    Land Valuation Taxation That will solve the problems and prevent them happening again. So, some positive moves by a country hit hard by the Credit Crunch.
