Not that the EPA cares about whether or not there's a "consensus." The agency's ruling would essentially impose by fiat the cap-and-trade tax that President Obama couldn't get through Congress.

Right on senator. Man-Made Global warming is a total HOAX. We all know it. Its so obvious, 11000 year ago NY state was buried under thousands of feet of ICE. Where did it all go....Global Warming !! but guess what, that was totally natural along with countless other natural climate variations.

If the can promote man made global warming in schools they by the same logic they should be allow to teach creationism, since they equally a religion, not a science.

Head of the IPCC actually is Pachauri (also head of TERI which got a EU grant based on the claim that the Himalaya glaciers are going to dissappear by 2035). Phil Jones is head of the Climate Research Unit (CRU) where the emails about "hiding the decline" and "redefining what peer review is" were leaked.
