Under Indiana law, if you are injured in an accident, you are entitled to pursue a claim, regardless of the extent of your injuries. You are entitled to make a claim for your medical expenses, lost wages, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life and any other damages which you sustained. The extent of your damages affects the amount of compensation you receive, not whether you have a legal right to pursue the claim.
