  • what is it carry-ing anyway?

  • @neilbercasio1 The ocean. They are strategically launched in a trajectory where the stage separations will either hit the ocean or run through a burn up in the atmosphere while the parts also hit the ocean away from commercial shipping routes. so it's not likely that these things will ever land in your backyard ahahha.

  • i wonder whose house will get that shitload of falling engines from space

  • damn.... see how charred the orange insulation got after the hydrogen dump? gotta love them RS-68's

  • The engines on that thing are SICK!

  • your an idiot man, they do that to watch the cbc's separate. but invalid brain surgeons like you wouldn't think about that now would they?

  • @FractAlkemist I'm sure since this was the first Delta 4 Heavy to fly they wanted to see how the CBCs would separate.

  • musta been a real brain surgeon placing the cam between the strap-on, limiting view

  • what do they use this for? satalites?

  • I'm pretty sure Ares 1 will be scrapped in favor of using a Delya IV Heavy, now that a military general will be in charge of NASA. lI believe the pentagon will now be calling the shots!!
