HUGE POTATO SPUD GUN CANNON with 4 IN. CHAMBER & 5 FOOT LONG Barrell!

This is my latest potato cannon i built. It has a 24 inch long, 4 inch diameter chamber. The barrel is 5 feet long and it uses a grill ignighter. IT IS LOUD AS HELL!!! It will shoot a spud as far as the eye can see!
when I shot this one, it went over the neighbors house, the trees that was behind the house, and plum outta sight!! There is a small field through the woods behind the house I shot over.

Dude nice cannon - plus carrying your firearm is fine, as long as it's legal to have one in possession right ?

My question is that, is it safe and advisable to have your spud gun in half ? Like, is it okay to have both components screw together like yours ? Because I'm planning to make my first one and just wondering that - I want to have it kind of portable.

@amirEOH I have never had any trouble out of having a screw on barrell. This way you can select what size of barrell you can use for what ever diameter of object your plan on fireing. Some might say different but I allways do it this way.
