Rights not by Government Australianews.

Now again I question Australianews on Changes to the Marriage Act to allow Same Sex Marriages. That Australianews and many like him believe that only Government can determine Marriages and the Laws surrounding Marriage. Australianews believes Governments give us RIGHTS and enhnace those so called RIGHTS by enacting Laws. However Governments and I will continue to debate this with Australianews that NO Government does not give us RIGHTS nor Human Rights. That under Government any such rght they deem to give us can be easily removed replaced or abused by Government. Australianews says the Act of Marriage is owned by Government when clearly it is not owned by Government but by the People just like any Human Right. Now him and I have argued this and it is apparent Australianews still can not see what I am saying to him. There is no benefit to society if and when governments believing they have absolute power over us and legislate so called human rights. And People like Australianews wish to give over these Human Rights for governments to legislate over

@harrisonfong As I said before some Children don't deserve parents like the one I saw yesterday beating her own child in such a fashion. There is always discipline and as such this is done in love. But yesterday and it is still effecting me as I am still thinking about it Harris that this child in my opinion in his short life must have been brutallised many times by his own mother. @harrisonfong As yesterday speaking of rights of Children I witnessed first hand a so Called Mother who was obviously intoxicated assaulting her own child brutally. There is such a thing called discipline and at times Children need to be disciplined or corrected in their behaviour. What I saw yesterday as a Parent left a very bitter taste in my mouth. The Child in question was no more then 4 yrs old. I was horrified at the extend at which the mother beat her own child around the Head and body

@harrisonfong Well explain the concept as I see that is exactly what I see That Children are being used as a type of trophy and not as a gift of God as they should be seen as. I know many couples (Straights) who after many attempts to have children by either adoption or artificially etc are so gratified to have a child. They do not in my opinion see it as a right but as a gift. Yes I agree we can agree to disagree. Doesn't lessen my thoughts nor does it lessen any positive opinion I have of you

@Sipatbana When I mention adoption and artificial insemination, the first thing that enters your mind is they're just tools for gays to mooch your taxes and indoctrinate children. When I remind you they also apply to straight couples, you figure they must be to "enhance sexuality" or serve as a trophy. All this while you have children of your own?  I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree when it comes to the positivity of having children or giving gays equal treatment.

@Sipatbana I am not here to stand up for gay rights I dont give a toss about gay rights but I believe gays have no influence over the fact that they are gay and therefore I believe they should be treated as everybody else. I am comfortable with my own choice so in answer to your question I am really not interested but I hope you find peace and happiness no matter what you decide to do as concerns your sex life.

@harrisonfong But in your rush to control Population Growth are you now suggesting that we base it on all forms of Birth Control incluuding state sanctioned abortions to control population growth. Or perhaps you might want to advocate State Sterilsation based on Eugenics like what Margeret Sangar advocated based on Race. I haven't a problem with Birth Control being used as in education tool (PILL and Condoms etc) But other forms of Birth Control well who and what arbitrates that now?

@harrisonfong And funny enough I have a problem with people who want to be arbitrators on Population growth on this planet. Like for example the Chinese Govts One Child Policy towards Population and the ramifications behind it. Before you begin talking about Population Growth Harris be careful you do not cross the border of Eugenic Programs or State Sanctioning of Aborting Children as in the Case of the One Child Policy of China. Use of contraception is not a problem for birth control methods

Yes I am more concerned about the rights of children too On that we can agree. And that some children don't deserve the parents they have. And when has Political Correctness been tolerant.
