On February 13, 2010, Community Options, a national nonprofit organization that develops homes and employment supports for people with developmental disabilities will hold its widely attended Cupids Chase 5k Run. This year, the organization will hold its 5k throughout 9 states and 24 locations at the same time, on the same
day.
The 5k will also focus on the social aspects of the event and the holiday. Participants will be encouraged to meet, talk, run or walk together, participate in raffles for romantic weekends or Valentines Day flowers, and genuinely enjoy the spirit of Valentines Day all while supporting avery good cause.
The Cupids Chase 5k has been branded by Community Options as a national fundraiser and will be held in major cities across the country including, Manhattan, Binghamton, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Chattanooga, Cookeville, Columbia, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Dallas, Hartford, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Las Cruces and Bowling Green.
