Thanks Jacques for reminding us not to give up on our dreams. Now to your previous question regarding my diet, not sited here but on my channel. Well, I still don't know what my weight is, but I will find out on Saturday. Long story as to why I have to wait until then. Nevertheless, today I walked from four to five miles without pain.
